About Psychotherapy

Psychotherapy is a collaborative process, involving a therapist and an individual who is experiencing difficulties, spending time together exploring these difficulties. The aim is to find a way to live that is not defined by these difficulties. This often involves uncovering an understanding of the origin and meaning of the difficulties. We are all influenced our experiences, some of them remembered and some of them forgotten. In the Changing Room, we see every individual as unique, and we believe that each person has within them the potential to become who they really are.

Psychotherapy sessions are held on a one-to-one basis, and last 50 minutes. Sessions typically take place weekly.
